Product update: shift to "extra-long" lengths of Side++ profiles

We are continuously optimising our product range. That is why we are pleased to announce that from now on we have completely switched to "extra long" lengths for the Side++ profiles for pitched roofs.

Dimensions of solar panels are increasing. For this reason, a few months ago we expanded our range of Side++ profiles for pitched roofs with new lengths so that even the largest sizes of panels fit. These new “extra long” profile lengths are suitable up to a panel width of 1052mm with fewer couplings.

The new profile lengths have been well received by our customers and are now being bought more than the "normal" profile lengths. That is why we have now decided to phase out the normal length profiles and switch completely to the "extra long" Side++ profiles. The “extra long” profiles are available in aluminum color and black coated.

• Greater ease of installation for panel widths up to 1052 mm with fewer couplings.
• Better availability and shorter delivery times.
• Smaller assortment and therefore more ease of ordering and less storage space.

From now on, the "extra long" Side++ profiles are available from stock. The "old" lengths are still available while supplies last. The new profile lengths have already been added to our online calculation tools ValkPVplanner and ValkKITSplanner.
